Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Operator" means Dama N.V., a company registered in Curaçao with registration number 152125 and registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed for online gambling operations under licence number 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by Antillephone N.V., operating the King Billy brand in connection with the website kingbilly-aussie.com.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Rules
- Placing bets: Bets may be placed only via your registered Account using the Website interface. Bets are accepted when they are recorded on the Operator's servers and reflected in your game session or Account history.
